How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends in spring and summer. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests with at least 24 hours notice, based on availability. The sooner you book, the better your chances of getting your preferred date and equipment.

How do I get a quote?

The easiest way is to fill out our online quote form or call us at (571) 581-9681. Tell us your event date, location, and what you need and we'll get back to you fast — usually within a few hours.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to hold your reservation. The deposit amount and payment details will be confirmed when we send your booking form.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Life happens! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date or cancel. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for changes. Our cancellation policy will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes! We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most holidays. Weekend slots fill up fast in the spring and summer, so don't wait.

🚚 Delivery & Setup

Is delivery and setup included?

Yes, always. We deliver your rentals, set everything up, and come back to break it down and pick everything up when you're done. You don't have to touch a thing.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Manassas, Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Occoquan, and all of Prince William County. We also serve other Northern Virginia and DMV areas — just ask and we'll let you know if we can reach you.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the size of your order. We'll schedule a delivery window with you when you book.

What time will you deliver?

We coordinate a delivery window with you during the booking process. We do our best to work around your schedule and arrive on time — that's a promise.

Do I need to be home during delivery?

Yes, we ask that an adult (18+) be present at delivery and pickup so we can confirm placement and get your sign-off.

🛡️ Equipment & Safety

How clean is your equipment?

Very. Every piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use and inspected for any damage before delivery. We take cleanliness seriously.

What if something gets damaged?

Accidents happen. Contact us right away if something is damaged during your event. We'll work with you to resolve it fairly — damage details are outlined in your rental agreement.

What happens if there's bad weather?

If severe weather is in the forecast, contact us 24–48 hours before your event to discuss options. Canopy tents are water-resistant but we don't recommend them in severe weather conditions.

What surfaces can tents be installed on?

We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. On hard surfaces we use weighted ballasts instead of stakes. Let us know your surface type when booking.

Do tables and chairs come with linens?

Table linens are not included by default but may be available as an add-on. Ask when you request your quote.

Is there a minimum order?

We don't have a strict minimum order, though delivery fees may apply to very small orders. Our packages are a great way to bundle items and save on both the rental and delivery cost.
