How DIY Pickup Works

Browse & Book Online

Shop our DIY-eligible rentals and choose "DIY Pickup" at checkout. Each item is one set weekend price — no per-day charges, and no delivery fee.

Pick Up Friday Evening

Swing by between 5:00 and 8:00 PM Friday. We'll send the pickup address and instructions ahead of time.

Return by Sunday, 8pm

Bring everything back by Sunday at 8:00 PM. Load it back the way you found it and you're all set.

DIY Pickup vs. Full-Service

Both options use the exact same catalog. The difference is who handles delivery and setup, and when: DIY is always the Friday-to-Sunday weekend at one set price, while full-service works on any dates you choose and is priced per day.

🚗 DIY Pickup

One set weekend price per item. You pick up Friday 5-8pm and return by Sunday 8pm. No delivery fee. You handle loading, setup, and teardown. Book as late as 24 hours before pickup.

🚚 Full-Service

We deliver, set up, and pick up on any dates you choose, priced per day. A delivery/setup fee applies, calculated at checkout. Book at least 1 week in advance.

What's Available for DIY Pickup?

Most of our catalog — tables, chairs, games, décor, foam party equipment, cold spark machines, red carpet packages, and more — is DIY-eligible. Every product page shows a clear badge so you always know before you book.

  • ✅ DIY-eligible: tables & chairs, large yard games, cold spark machines, red carpet packages, concessions, food & drink service display, party decor, backdrops, cool add-ons, and most small-to-medium items.
  • 🚚 Full-service only: large tents (20x20 and up) and any other item that needs our crew to safely set up. These are clearly marked and will always be delivered and set up by our team.

Good to Know Before You Book

How is DIY pickup priced?

Every DIY-eligible item has one set weekend price, which is the same as its listed daily rate. That covers the full Friday pickup to Sunday return, so you aren't charged for three separate days. There's no delivery fee.

Can I pick up on a different day, or keep items longer?

Not with DIY. Pickup is only Friday, 5:00–8:00 PM, and everything is due back by Sunday at 8:00 PM. If you need other dates, book Full-Service delivery instead. Full-service orders must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

Where do I pick up?

We'll email and text you the exact pickup address and instructions once your reservation is confirmed and paid.

What if I return items late?

Equipment not returned by the Sunday 8:00 PM deadline is charged its daily rental rate for each additional day (or part of a day) until it's returned — see the Equipment Rental Agreement for full terms.

Can I still get delivery for a DIY order?

No. DIY means you pick up and return the rentals yourself. If you'd like us to deliver and set up, book Full-Service delivery instead. It's priced per day, includes delivery, setup, and pickup, and must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
